Abstract
Lithography-free spaced TiO2 NT arrays unlock tunable broadband absorption from THz to UV. By harnessing annealing-driven phase transitions, strong phonon–polariton resonances emerge in the 1.4–3.6 THz range, whereas high absorptance persists beyond 10 THz. This scalable oxide platform paves the way for compact, multifunctional devices in THz imaging, spectroscopy, and optoelectronic energy conversion.
