Statistical analyses explored relationships between sociodemographic factors, nursing interventions, and quality-of-life outcomes.</div></div><div><h3>Results</h3><div>One hundred fifteen patients were enrolled and reported high satisfaction with specialized nursing care, particularly in communication and attentiveness. Effective nursing interventions correlated with improved quality-of-life outcomes, reducing the psychological and social impact of migraines.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><div>Specialized nursing care enhances patient satisfaction and supports a holistic approach to migraine management. Abstract

Background

Chronic migraine is a debilitating neurological disorder that significantly impacts patients’ quality of life, affecting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Botulinum toxin has emerged as an effective preventive treatment; however, the role of specialized nursing interventions in optimizing patient outcomes remains underexplored. High-quality nursing care, particularly in communication and patient-centered support, may enhance treatment satisfaction and mitigate the burden of migraines on daily life.
