Clinical Effect of Resection of a Radicular Cyst in the Anterior Maxilla with Bone Grafting and Immediate Implant Placement.

Vertical alveolar bone resorption was less than 1.0 mm per year. Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical application of simultaneous bone grafting and immediate implant placement (IIP) for excision of radicular cysts in the anterior region of the maxilla and evaluate its clinical effect.
