Data and its management are the new currency type in the digital realm, the fourth industrial revolution, and discussions of globalization 4.0. Big data and artificial intelligence can make more of a contribution to better ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of governance goods, such as the execution of programs and policies to target segments of citizens. This chapter intends to propose a conceptual model to improve the personalization of e-governance products and services to each citizen of India to his or her socioeconomic, educational, and environmental background. The proposed conceptual theoretical models incorporate the 278political system of the country and its technological interfaces and estimate to improve the governance experiences of citizens.
