Abstract
A 20-year-old man presented with a 1-month history of antecubital fossa pain following heavy lifting. Ultrasound (US) demonstrated a well-defined cystic lesion at the brachialis myotendinous junction. Sonopalpation reproduced symptoms. US-guided aspiration and corticosteroid injection achieved immediate relief. This case highlights the diagnostic and therapeutic utility of US in rare elbow cystic lesions.
