Abstract

A comparative study of fungistatic and elicitor activity of chitosan solutions and dispersions of chitosan nanoparticles obtained by fractional precipitation at pH 5.0 (NC-5) and pH 7.0 (NC-7) from chitosan with a molecular weight of 60 kDa was carried out. Both dispersions demonstrated higher fungistatic activity against Bipolaris sorokiniana compared to chitosan solution.
