Abstract
The cobalt nickel oxide nanoparticles (CNO NPs) were produced by the co-precipitation method, which were subsequently characterized by X-ray diffraction studies (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Field emission scanning electron spectroscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) and elemental mapping analysis. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) studies were investigated CNO NPs. Adenine (AD) and guanine (GU) were investigated electrochemically using scan rate variation, which has verified that all analytes exhibit controlled by diffusion process. The total number of electrons and protons were determined by pH studies, and the limit of detection and quantification were obtained using varying analytes concentrations. A simultaneous investigation was conducted for AD and GU. The CNO/MGCE sensor demonstrated excellent repeatability, reproducibility, stability and also real sample analysis. In the reproducibility assessment, RSD values were determined to be 3.4% for AD and 5.3% for GU, along with excellent recovery in real sample analysis.
