Abstract

This paper reports a rare case of low-grade external endometrial stromal sarcoma penetrating the cervix and summarizes the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)features of this huge pelvic mass.The surgical-pathological evidence confirmed that multi-parameter MRI had high diagnostic value for endometrial stromal sarcoma,while the final tumor grading depended on pathology.
