Abstract

Objective

Transposition of the great arteries (TGA) is a congenital heart disease whose neonatal surgical correction by atrial switch (ATSO) or arterial switch (ASO) now allows many women to reach childbearing age.

Methods

We conducted a retrospective, single-center observational study (Caen University Hospital, 1991–2024) including 14 women with TGA (33 pregnancies).

Results
