Built on the language models of OpenAI and Anthropic, the system aims to deliver information, education, and psychosocial support in a reliable, ethical, and empathic manner. Anna AI does not replace but rather complements human interaction: it fosters self-reflection, facilitates the mobilization of inner resources, and contributes to expanding knowledge related to the subject. Abstract
Psychosocial support in oncology is gaining increasing importance in the comprehensive therapy and care of cancer patients, yet personal assistance remains difficult to access for many. Since 2023, "Anna AI," an artificial intelligence- based psychosocial support tool, has been providing innovative and free oncopsychological support to cancer patients and their relatives in Hungary.
