Abstract

Indigenous health and wellness encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, with a focus on "the interconnectedness of these aspects and the importance of community and cultural practices." "Regenerative healing," as distinct from "Regenerative medicine," is a similarly wholistic term that has emerged from conversations with selected First Nations and Métis Knowledge Holders from across Canada.
