Abstract
Upcycled Polycarbonate
The cover image illustrates the upcycling of BPA-based plastic waste into high-performance aerogels. Through a one-pot chemical process, waste is transformed into aromatic polyols, then into poly(urethane-isocyanurate) aerogels with exceptional insulation properties, strength, and porosity—showcasing a sustainable route to advanced materials from discarded plastics. Cover artwork by Ana Arsenović. More information can be found in the Research Article by Željko Tomović and co-workers (10.1002/adsu.202500525).
