Reply to the Letter Regarding "Impact of Abdominoplasty with Diastasis Recti Correction on Female Sexual Function".

Abstract

In response to Verma et al. we acknowledge the limitations of our study, including the absence of a control group and the modest sample size, both influenced by ethical and logistical constraints. Despite these factors, improvements in FSFI scores were statistically significant. We concur that larger multicenter studies with standardized measures are needed, and we appreciate this constructive exchange fostering further research on female sexual health after abdominoplasty.Level of Evidence V This journal requires that authors assign a level of evidence to each article.
