Abstract

To reveal the distribution characteristics of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in soil under different land use patterns in Beijing, 75 soil samples, from agricultural field, vegetable field, greenhouse vegetable field, and orchard, were selected and analyzed by high-throughput qPCR.
