Abstract
Cancer Theranostics
In article number 2503029, Yajuan Zou, Alberto Bianco, and Yuta Nishina reveal that the in vivo fate of polyglycerol-grafted graphene oxide with pH-responsive charge-convertible surface depends on the density of the functional groups. Controlling the amounts of these functional groups allowed to achieve prolonged circulation and enhanced tumor cellular internalization. These findings will advance the design of pH-responsive nanomaterials for precise cancer theranostics.
