Abstract
CO2 laser-assisted lip repositioning in three patients resulted in a mean 1.9 mm reduction in gingival display, no postoperative complications, full patient satisfaction, and a stable nasolabial angle. The procedure was conservative and minimally invasive, preserving the external facial profile.
