Abstract
New nitroaromatic maleopimarimides, carboxamides, and maleopimaric acid esters were synthesized in high yields by the reaction of maleopimaric acid or its acid chloride with amino- and hydroxynitrophenyl compounds. Structure of the synthesized compounds was determined by 1H, 13C, 1H–13C HSQC, 1H–13C HMBC, COSY, NOESY, and 1H–15N HMBC NMR spectroscopy methods.
