Abstract

The African Journal of Reproductive Health warmly congratulates Ms. Diene Keita on her appointment by the UN Secretary-General as the Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), announced on 29 August 2025. In this capacity, she assumes the rank of Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations.
