An Adult With Giant Vertical Vein in Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection Combined With Pulmonary Valve Stenosis

Abstract

A 27-year-old male who had been incidentally discovered with cardiomegaly during a routine physical examination, presented with a history of occasional dyspnea on exertion for 20 years. The patient was diagnosed with giant vertical vein in total anomalous pulmonary venous connection combined with pulmonary valve stenosis.
