The use of the process approach will ensure the formation of a process register on the basis of which it is possible to organize traceability of parts, improve control and measurement procedures that will reduce the number of errors, and also allow analyzing the process based on the collected data. Abstract

The peculiarities of repair enterprises, such as the irregularity of the work performed and its diversity, increase the workload of employees, who are usually not assigned to one operation and are more versatile specialists. The introduction of digital systems allows reducing the number of personnel errors, but the greatest effect can be achieved only by creating a single information environment. The use of the process approach will ensure the formation of a process register on the basis of which it is possible to organize traceability of parts, improve control and measurement procedures that will reduce the number of errors, and also allow analyzing the process based on the collected data. Such systems, united by a single information environment, help to predict post-repair indicators and bring the quality of repaired parts closer to new ones.
