Abstract
Trimethylsilyl (1-trimethylsilyl-1H-indol-3-yl)acetate, (chloromethyl)(dimethyl)silyl (1H-indol-3-yl)acetate, and (chloromethyl)(dimethyl)silyl [1-(chloromethyl)(dimethyl)-silyl-1H-indol-3-yl]acetate were synthesized by silylation of 1H-indole-3-acetic acid with hexamethyldisilazane, Me3SiCl, and ClCH2SiMe2Cl. The structures of obtained compounds were confirmed by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy.
