Abstract
A series of new 2,9-disubstituted imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazoles, mainly with biphenyl groups, were synthesized. In silico methods and pharmacological studies showed considerable kappa-opioid receptor (KOR) affinity and analgesic activity of some of these compounds.
