Abstract

The composition, structure, and properties of tungsten-free hard alloys obtained by spark plasma sintering of powders obtained by processing TN20 alloy waste by electroerosive dispersion in alcohol are investigated. Tungsten-free hard alloys were prepared from TN20 alloy particles dispersed by electroerosion and obtained by spark plasma sintering under conditions of rapid heating and short duration of the working cycle. The produced materials have comparable values of physical and mechanical properties with industrial alloys from which the initial powder particles were obtained.
