Moreover, low expression of LINC00312 correlates with poor survival in sarcoma and stomach adenocarcinoma, suggesting its potential as a prognostic biomarker. In the current study, we performed a bioinformatics and literature based approach to find the importance of this long non-coding RNA in different cancers, its regulatory network and its interactions with different biomolecules and compounds. Abstract
