Music perception offers a sensitive metric and rehabilitation tool, while big data and machine learning show promise for predicting outcomes and tailoring interventions. <b>Conclusions:</b> Optimizing CI care for SSD necessitates a personalized approach across candidacy, counseling, and rehabilitation.
