Abstract
The Cover Feature highlights the environmental benefits of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) by contrasting it with conventional fossil-based jet fuel. SAF is expected to contribute to a more sustainable future by reducing reliance on fossil resources and significantly lowering carbon emissions. In contrast, traditional jet fuel accelerates environmental degradation and greenhouse gas emissions. This study proposes a strategy for producing SAF in an economically viable and environmentally friendly way, using corn stalks as a renewable feedstock. More information can be found in the Research Article by W. Won and co-workers (DOI: 10.1002/cssc.202500878).
