Abstract
A 4-month-old female infant presented with congenital periorbital skin changes. The patient showed bilateral periorbital erythema, telangiectasia and eczematous skin lesions resembling "raccoon eyes" which resulted in a clinical diagnosis of neonatal lupus erythematosus.
