A machine learning approach that exhibits periodically tunable polarization-insensitive electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT). The experimental data show a high-quality factor quasi-bound states in the continuum (quasi-BIC) in the terahertz regime. The role of multipoles on EIT and BIC effects is revealed by the coupled Lorentz oscillators (CLO) model.
