Results showed significantly impaired temporal discrimination in the degraded vision condition, with elevated thresholds 52.29 ms vs. 34.78 ms and reduced accuracy, particularly at intermediate ISIs 30-60 ms. In Experiment 2, we introduced emotional faces before flash presentation to determine whether emotional content would differentially affect temporal processing.
