Détacher ou (r)attacher physiquement une main, naturelle ou artificielle, implique de lui donner un statut juridique propre. Il en résulte que, bien que très spécifique, la main peut être remplacée, plus seulement par de l’argent.

Physically detaching or (re)attaching a hand, whether natural or artificial, involves giving it a legal status of its own. This means that, although very specific, the hand can be replaced, not just by money.
