This technique describes the application of polyurethane liners in the digital fabrication of nasal prostheses. The method improves the durability and esthetics of silicone prostheses by enhancing tear resistance and achieving thinner marginal adaptation. Integrating polyurethane into the digital workflow simplifies the manufacturing process and improves prosthetic outcomes.
