When launched with an initial velocity, under the action of the force and torque applied by the medium boundaries, the soliton begins to orbit clockwise around the medium center periodically, meanwhile its orbit precesses anti-clockwise. Abstract
We study the propagation dynamics of spatial soliton in nonlinear thermal medium with regular heptagonal geometry. When launched with an initial velocity, under the action of the force and torque applied by the medium boundaries, the soliton begins to orbit clockwise around the medium center periodically, meanwhile its orbit precesses anti-clockwise.
