With advancements in molecular biology technologies, allergen component resolved diagnosis (CRD) has gradually become an essential tool for precise diagnosis and personalized treatment. The Allergy Prevention and Control Specialty Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts, has developed the <i>Expert Consensus on Allergen Component Resolved Diagnosis in China</i>. This article provides an in-depth interpretation of the expert consensus, aiming to assist clinicians and researchers in better understanding and utilizing CRD in the diagnosis and management of allergic diseases. Abstract
In recent years, the continuous rise in the prevalence of allergic diseases has posed a significant threat to public health in China. With advancements in molecular biology technologies, allergen component resolved diagnosis (CRD) has gradually become an essential tool for precise diagnosis and personalized treatment. The Allergy Prevention and Control Specialty Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts, has developed the Expert Consensus on Allergen Component Resolved Diagnosis in China. Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine (CJPM), the successor to Chinese Health Journal , was initiated on October 1, 1953. In 1960, it was amalgamated with the Chinese Medical Journal and the Journal of Medical History and Health Care , and thereafter, was renamed as People’s Care . On November 25, 1978, the publication was denominated as Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine .
