Within NRPs, the Programmatic Advisor plays a vital, strategic role aligned with professional development standards. This article examines nursing workforce challenges and the evolving NRP Programmatic Advisor role, which incorporates evidence-based strategies for assessment, collaboration, leadership, and outcomes.
