The observation group underwent treatment with acetaminophen-mannitol for pain relief, whereas the control group was administered oral etoricoxib and intravenous mannitol. A comparison was made between the analgesic effects of the two groups.ResultsCompared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly lower visual analog scale scores on the first, third, and seventh days after operation (P < 0.05). The observation group had a similar time to start walking and length of hospital stay as the control group.
