Movement and dance foster physical health benefits comparable to those of other exercise forms while providing unique psychological and social advantages.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Movement and dance play vital roles in public health by preventing illness, improving mental wellbeing, and fostering community engagement. Abstract
