He received triplet therapy consisting of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) with degarelix, darolutamide (1200 mg/day), and docetaxel (70 mg/m<sup>2</sup>). This combination led to a complete PSA response, dropping below the detection limit (< 0.006 ng/mL). Abstract
Introduction
