Abstract

The ocean, a vital realm for human existence, encompasses distinct spatial zones, such as the free surface, airspace above the sea, and seabed. It also holds an immense wealth of resources, including oil and gas, renewable energy, minerals, and marine biodiversity, forming a crucial component of global life-support systems and representing a valuable asset for human survival and development [1].
