Abstract

Idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease (iMCD) is a rare cytokine‐driven disorder characterized by systemic inflammation, organ dysfunction, and altered lymph node microscopic architecture. Over the past decade, diagnostic criteria have evolved significantly, integrating clinical, histopathological, and molecular biomarker advancements.
