Occurrence and risk assessment of ochratoxin A in Turkish dried grapes: Insights from a two year monitoring study

Health risk assessment based on mean and high-percentile dietary exposure scenarios demonstrated that OTA intake remained within tolerable safety thresholds, as margin of exposure (MOE) values consistently exceeded 10,000.
