Abstract
High peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is one of the major drawbacks of orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS) based communication systems, leading to deteriorated bit error rate (BER) performance. This letter proposes precoding and postcoding approaches using the Zadoff-Chu sequence to reduce PAPR in OTFS and presents a performance analysis through simulations.
