The procedure involved preoperative ultrasound, three-dimensional fibroid rendering, real-time mapping, and delivering the RFA for UF. Transcervical RFA targeted a 4 cm × 3.5 cm fibroid at 115 W for 5 min under ultrasound guidance. The GYIDE system enabled safe, precise RFA without complications. Intraoperative ultrasound confirmed effective ablation. Postthysterectomy analysis revealed no serosal perforation or thermal damage. The 4 mm navigation arm avoided cervical dilation, reducing discomfort.
