Abstract

This case demonstrates the importance of multi-modality imaging for diagnosing rare entities. Echocardiographic diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with both fixed and dynamic LVOTO and mitral valve abnormalities raised the suspicion of abnormal mitral valve apparatus and coexistent subaortic membrane.
