Abstract

Encapsulated papillary carcinoma (EPC) is an uncommon low-grade malignancy rarely reported in male patients. We present a case of male breast EPC, detailing its diagnostic workup through imaging. By integrating current literature, we discuss the diagnostic challenges and imaging features of this condition to improve clinical recognition. This report highlights the importance of considering EPC in male breast lesions to avoid diagnostic pitfalls.
