The BJSM continues to champion education for all practitioners interested or involved in sports and exercise medicine, and one recurring message throughout BJSM publications is clear: context matters. Whether in rehabilitation, athlete development, professional education or understanding environmental stressors in sport, the importance of contextual awareness emerges again and again.
