Imaging revealed a well-defined, extra-axial tumor in the right parietal region, consistent with a meningioma. Surgical intervention using neuronavigation technology facilitated a complete tumor resection. The patient's postoperative course was stable, with a resolution of syncope and improvement in gait. Abstract
