• Extraneural metastases of glial neoplasms are rare, with bone marrow involvement being exceptionally uncommon. • This case highlights a rare instance of marrow infiltration by metastatic glial tumor, offering valuable insights for pathologists and serving as a reference for the diagnosis and understanding metastatic patterns in glial tumors.
