This review presents recent advances in cell membrane-coated lipid nanoparticles (CMC-LNPs), which integrate the biomimetic features of natural membranes with the structural versatility of lipid nanoparticles. These hybrid systems enable prolonged circulation, targeted delivery, and immune modulation, offering a powerful and adaptable strategy for next-generation nanomedicine, precision drug delivery, and therapeutic innovation (e70054).
