Abstract

This study explores the relationships between organizational support, teachers’ school-family collaboration competency, emotion labor strategies, and burnout in school-family collaboration. Drawing upon Grandey’s framework, we conducted a questionnaire survey with 675 Chinese primary and secondary school teachers. SEM results indicated that DA was the most frequently used emotion labor strategy, followed by ENFE and SA.
