The structure of carboxymethylated <em>A.pullulans</em> β-G (CM-<em>A.pullulans</em> β-G) were characterized. Abstract

β-glucan is a macromolecular polysaccharide with various biological activities. The β-glucan produced by Aureobasidium pullulans (A.pullulans) is ease separation and purification.
